Kiva Auditorium
The stunning Kiva Auditorium is where the “Stars” shine bright in Albuquerque, George Lopez, Eddie Vedder, Jerry Seinfeld and Norah Jones have all graced the stage in one of New Mexico’s most beloved entertainment destinations.
Located on the upper level of the West Complex, the Kiva Auditorium boasts a proscenium stage and half-round seating for 2,300 people, making it an elegant but intimate setting for concerts, comedy shows, lectures, general sessions or graduations.
The Auditorium’s backstage area includes a spacious Green Room appointed with a kitchenette, two large chorus dressing rooms, two private dressing rooms and two conveniently-located production offices. Share the stage with the stars and book your next special event at the Kiva Auditorium!

Kiva Box Office Locations
We currently have two box office location.
- Daytime location is inside the ACC on the bottom floor behind the escalators in the HUB Office. This location is only open from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- The day of show box office located on the second floor of the ACC in front of the Kiva Auditorium is only open two hours prior to a ticketed event in the Kiva.
- We currently have two [in-person] box office locations.
Both box offices accept card only.
Buyer Beware
Please be aware of the rise in secondary ticket agencies/scalpers offering invalid tickets. Albuquerque Convention Center is not able to honor, replace, or refund any invalid tickets. Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase valid tickets based upon availability.

What is the clear-bag policy?
For the safety of our staff and event guests, the Albuquerque Convention Center will be in stating a strict clear bag policy.
What’s Allowed:
• Small Clutch Purses no larger than 5” x 8”
• Clear Bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or a gallon-sized freezer bag
Please Be Advised: All bags are subject to be searched upon entry into the venue. If your bag is turned away for not following the clear bag policy, you must return it to your vehicle.

What items are not allowed in the facilities?
- Aerosols
- Animals (except certified services animals or service animals in training)
- Audio/video recording equipment other than personal cell phones
- “Colors” or any other form of gang affiliation
- Coolers
- Drones/Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
- Glass bottles
- Fireworks
- Firearms or other weapons including, but not limited to knives, clubs, OC Spray, etc.
- Except by commissioned/retired law enforcement officers
- Horns or noise makers or other items intended to disrupt an event
- Illegal substances or items of any kind
- Laser devices/pointers
- Purses/bags larger than 5.5” x 8.5” unless clear
- Any containers larger than 12” x 12” x 6, clear or not
- Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles
- Sticks, clubs (medically required canes are permitted)
- Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, etc.
- No outside food and beverage (One factory sealed water bottle or empty canteen is allowed)
- Any other item deemed inappropriate at the discretion of facility management
